Herbalife for Weight Loss
When you see all these testimonies of people losing weight on Herbalife, the first question that comes up is can you do it?
My answer to you would be to see if you can afford it. It is not cheap to follow the Herbalife system. I will say one thing though, even though it is not cheap, it is incredibly effective in not only weight loss but also in increasing overall health.
So a quick calculation on starter program cost for weight loss on the Herbalife program will look like this:
2 Canisters Shake Mix F1 - Vanilla1 R 785.00 (For breakfast and lunch)
1 Instant Herbal Beverage - R 266.46 (twice a day)
1 Herbal Aloe Concentrate Mango - R 391.00 ( once a day)
TOTAL = R 1442.46 per month or $100.73 per month
If you have this money available, I would highly recommend the Herbalife program, it's easy, it's convenient, it tastes damn good, and it is super healthy with great benefits.
If you don't have that kind of budget, I highly recommend our Personalised Weight Loss Programme, which is only R 429.00 per month, or $30 per month and comes with a personal coach and personalised weight loss and fitness program included - Chech it out here

Some Herbalife Testimonials
To The Herbalife Sceptic
The uninformed often shout out that there are bad chemicals in Herbalife products, health-damaging products, cancer-causing products, and who knows what else. I wish people would do their due diligence before they just talk nonsense in order to have something to say.
Just as a point of logic, do you think that over 37 years of business supplying products to over a 200 million consumers, in over 90 countries, there would not be a lawsuit out on Herbalife for the poison in their product if it was going to harm consumers. With all of the legal food administrations and health authorities in different countries, surely, if Herbalife was dangerous, or had false label claims, some country would have investigated the PRODUCTS.
Yes, I am aware of the Ackman attack on Herbalife, however, in all the money millions Ackman spent to ruin the Herbalife brand, he did not attack the company's products. Rather, he attacked the business opportunity as a scam - which it is not. In the end the case was closed and settled.
With all of the money Ackman spent to close Herbalife's doors, all he had to do was prove the products to be fake, to show the claimed results were fake and he would have closed Herbalife forever. It is VERY telling that he did not go after the products!
Anyway, the world has authorities in place. People that go out of their way to make sure companies are not lying to the market, that their products are safe, and that their products don't have anything in them that could harm the public. These authorities have a lot of power, they can close a company down in a heartbeat. They can shut down complete product lines even when they are already rolled out into the market. These companies rely heavily on current mainstream science to pass or fail products.
Here are some of the agencies in different countries you need to have approval from before you can get your products to the public:

Something Else to consider: There are real people working in the Herbalife company. They are not evil villains like pinky and the brain that want to take over the world. They are men and woman like you and me. They have been to university, they have studied for their field of expertise, they have worked in their respective industries and have finally landed up at Herbalife. These are professionals, 200 of them actually. Doctors, scientists, many with PhD's, nutrition specialists, and the like that have signed up with the ethos of the company to bring good, full nutrition to the world.
All these people are working and placing their names on their research. This should make anyone that wants to find out about Herbalife sit up and take note. These men don't look for ways to poison you, to kill you during the day and then go home to their wives and their children. From interviews, these people and their families use the products themselves - now there's a vote of no confidence. Will you or anyone you know knowingly feed their children poison, or bad food. Why would we assume 200 well-educated people that are putting this food together, would do that? Not likely
It is easy to find blogger articles about how bad Herbalife is, but I would point you to the thousands of people whose lives have been changed in incredible ways. People who have had phenomenal results in their health, fitness and everyday lives. I live among these testimonies on a daily basis, I tell you, these people are not liars, they are really in a better place in their lives because of Herbalife. But I suppose finding thirty people on google that bad mouth Herbalife is enough evidence to negate the millions of positive testimonies about the products and the brand.
Then there is this fact to really investigate before attacking something that is really helping people. The Herbalife products have been on the market for 37 years. Yes, you heard that right, 37 years. You mean to tell me it has not stood the test of time?? I personally know a lady named Gill, that has been on the Products full-time for over twenty years. She raised her kids on the products as well and they are healthy and still using the product after leaving home. Makes you wonder? 37 Years of Herbalife in the world and no epidemics, no mass deaths, no epic law suite, no en-mass health issues reported by any health authorities in 90 countries.
Some sceptics cry out - "Herbalife is not approved by the FDA." This just shows ignorance. The only things that need to be FDA approved, are drugs, vaccines and pharma. Herbalife products are inspected by the FDA as are other foods because it is a FOOD not a drug. Furthermore, Herbalife must report to the FDA all serious adverse events reported to be associated with its dietary supplements. This is a legal entity and this should give many people reassurance that there is a system in place to stop the pinky and the brain types that want to destroy the world.
Let's be clear, allergies are not side effects. You get side effects from medicine and as we have already established, Herbalife is not a medicine, it is food. Food allergy is not a new phenomenon. People have been allergic to nuts, wheat, lactose in milk, soy, eggs and many other food items for as long as we've been here. To those that are allergic or intolerant to soy, most of the Herbalife shakes will be off limits to you, however, Herbalife does have a product called "Free From" which is devoid of the known allergens.
No peer-reviewed scientific papers
There are many claims all over the internet that there is no science to back up the Herbalife products and its claims. This is such a baseless accusation. What these are saying is that Herbalife has a mix of 200 scientist, nutritionists, and professionals in the nutrition industry, in Herbalife employment, that just sits around and does nothing. The sceptics insist on peer-reviewed scientific papers from the company concerning their products. Why would that be necessary?
Think About This:
There is peer-reviewed scientific evidence that vitamins C boosts the immune system.
I now put vitamin C in my products and say it will help boost your immune system.
The trolls come to me saying that my product is fake because I have no peer reviewed scientific paper that it will boost your immune system.
Can you see how ridiculous this is? All science has been done on the ingredients already. Why would Herbalife have to do these experiments all over again? The science is now done to combine these ingredients in a manner that causes the product to have a certain outcome, taste, and effectiveness. This is then brought to market and through the market, you find out whether your product is effective, or people like the taste. If it does not work, and it tastes bad, or it does not deliver the outcomes it was meant to, it will not survive in the market.
Applying the scientific method to Herbalife
This is what the scientific method looks like:
- Make an observation or observations.
- Ask questions about the observations and gather information.
- Form a hypothesis — a tentative description of what’s been observed, and make predictions based on that hypothesis.
- Test the hypothesis and predictions in an experiment that can be reproduced.
- Analyse the data and draw conclusions; accept or reject the hypothesis or modify the hypothesis if necessary.
- Reproduce the experiment until there are no discrepancies between observations and theory. “Replication of methods and results is my favourite step in the scientific method," Moshe Pritsker, a former post-doctoral researcher at Harvard Medical School and CEO of JoVE, told Live Science. "The reproducibility of published experiments is the foundation of science. No reproducibility – no science."
Now let us apply the scientific method to Herbalife.
- The modern diet is very high in empty calories, and too low in nutrient density.
- Survey of millions of people and their eating habits confirms that people do not know how to eat a healthy nutrient dense diet. Secondly, with the depletion of nutrient values in our food due to overfarming of soil, picking underripe food and the long periods of time for food to reach consumers and further destruction of nutrients in food preparation, makes it very difficult for any person to get the density of nutrients from foods alone.
- Because of the state of the nutrients in the modern diet, we would expect an increase in obesity across the world. We should see the effects of bad nutrition not only in adults but also in children.
- Surveys from CIA Statistics Show the world obesity rate at 30% and increasing from 2008 to 2014. This is what was expected from our hypothesis.
- Supplying nutrient dense meal replacements should turn around obesity. Bringing f1 meal replacement shakes to around 200 million customers, gives us a huge test group to show that meal replacement f1 shake with a healthy active lifestyle improved weight loss, energy and overall well-being in these customers.
- This experiment is repeated daily, spanning 94 countries, different cultures, and it has been repeated for the last 37 years. For 37 years the results have been documented by individuals. Each customer that has seen results, has a story of success, of health, of feeling great. 200 million stories - This is a repeatable experiment. Just get yourself or someone you know on the product and you will see the same results.
This is scientific, it is proven, it is repeatable. Don't let anyone tell you there is no science behind Herbalife. It is one of the largest real-life, ongoing science experiments in the world.
