Marius Nel – My Values

I hold strong Christian values. After all, I have received my PhD in Theology in 2007 so it must be core to who I am and what values I hold to. But let me flesh out this statement a bit. I hold five themes as my life and business rules, they are:

  1. Love others as you love yourself
    1. This ties in with doing to others as you would have them to you. But love is an incredible force that shapes and changes everything, and this is what my base is built on
  2. Be honest in everything you do
    1. When you know the truth, it will set you free.
  3. Live with integrity
    1. Live with the thought that your every action, word and thought is written down forever
  4. Purpose is found when you help others
    1. When we lose purpose, we lose joy
  5. Never stop the dream
    1. Life lived without hope is no life at all

My Story

Live To Eat

Allow me to share my story with you. I was trained as a chef by the South African Military in the ChefsCorps. I was trained to make nutritious food to keep 3000 troops healthy and full of energy. I loved creating amazing dishes and loved good food.

All of this changed when I was diagnosed with Splenic Flexure Syndrome and Functional Dyspepsia. Suddenly the foods that I was taught is good for me, were causing me pain. The diets the doctors gave me caused more pain and they would not listen to my complaints. They were mostly interested in prescribing more pills. Because of this an amazing and serious food and supplementation research journey.

I made some startling discoveries about the food we eat and about the health industry as a whole. I decided to do a nutrition specialist course for clarity, but found the same dietary advice I received from the doctors.

I tried different diet programs, some good and some very bad. Some gave relative results others just caused more pain. I investigated the paleo concept but found it had some wrong ideas. Inspiration eventually came from nature – the San Bushman.

Bushmen San peopleThose that live from nature itself not from supermarkets, eat to live, they don’t live to eat. Remarkably when I changed through experimentation to this new powerful discovery, I experienced immediate and extraordinary results.

I saw incredible weight loss results and the pain from my medical conditions diminished dramatically. I was so excited I shared the concept with friends and family. They did not have my medical conditions, however, their weight loss results were just as remarkable as mine – Plus, the bonus was they saw big health improvements.

I became very excited about the possibilities of helping improve lives. Eat2Live was born. Eat2Live is an exclusive step by step health and weight loss solution for life that I am very proud to present to the world. I wholeheartedly believe that Eat2Live is a solution for the modern world to help with the fight against obesity and metabolic diseases.

Can I invite you to join us and let your success story become the motivation that will help save the lives of other people just like you?

There was another byproduct of the Eat2Live diet plan and lifestyle that is worth the mention. I lost weight and built muscle. I have to note here, that the muscle building came from doing exercise, not from just the diet. But the weight loss came from the die, not the exercise program. If you are interested in the exercise program I used it is called Isometeonics. Visit the Isometonics website to find out more

Eat2Live is the culmination of many years of food research and live testing. Every person is unique, and the way our bodies deal with food is unique, The time has come for us to deal with diet as unique to each person. This approach changes a diet into a sustainable way of life, shaped around you, the individual, to increases your health, weight loss, wellness and energy.

Helping people lose weight and becoming healthy again has become my passion, and I have weaved this passion into every aspect of Eat2Live.

The Company Name

I believe our world has changed the way we are supposed to look at food. As a chef, I understand the concept of making food taste incredible. So incredible in fact that people cannot resist overeating.

All food that is produced is made to taste its absolute best. This has bred a society that “lives to eat.” This lifestyles breeds many bad habits, obesity and health problems. I want to show people that we can still eat amazing food, maintain weight and increase health. It was a lesson or epiphany learned while studying the San Bushmen of South Africa that I realised they only EAT TO LIVE – From this concept came the company name – Eat2Live.

Our Missionearth in trouble

Our world is in serious need of assistance. Anyone that tries to find out what they should eat gets information overload. Eat this, don’t eat that, this will give you a heart attack, that will give you some disease.

Who knows what we can eat anymore. If we had to listen to the advice on the internet, we would not be able to eat anything because no one agrees on anything.

I believe food is for life. It is there to keep us going, keep us healthy, keep us full of energy. I want to teach the world how to live their best lives by changing their way of life. As a chef, nutrition specialist and health and wellness coach, I want to help you through the maze of skewed information to the point where you can confidently build your own way of life.

My Family

I am a blessed man. I have a great family, and to answer your question, yes, they are following the Eat2Live lifestyle.

Marius Nel's Family

Dairy Free Low Carb Diet – How can you do it?

Dairy Free Ketogenic Diet

Dairy Free Ketogenic DietIt is no secret that many people have an intolerance to dairy products. Some are born with this, others grow into it. It does not really matter how you became intolerant to dairy, especially when you compare it to how you feel when you eat dairy. Many people look to the dairy free low carb diet when they find out they cannot use milk products.

Why Low Carb

The question is why do people reach for a low-carb diet plan when they cannot use milk products. Simply put, there are many products that contain dairy in some form or another. Many sauces and baked goods contain milk or butter or cheese.

Going low carb makes it easier to cut out these products from your diet it is the easier choice. There is a catch though. The low carb diet uses a lot of dairy products in its meal plans.

The problem of low carb and dairy

Low carb diets consist of high amounts of fat. It might be surprising to many people that it does not mean eating copious amounts of fat. Dairy, for instance, is very high in fat, and this is why it is a preferred source of fat in the diet.

The problem arises when you cannot drink any milk, eat butter or cheese, or make use of creams in your cooking. I know of many people that wanted to quit the low carb diet before they started because of the dairy problem.

The solution

Goats to replace cows milkThankfully there are some people out there that have taken the initiative to put together some amazing recipes for a dairy-free diet. Most of the dairy products can be replaced with alternatives.

Goats milk and cheeses are sometimes an answer.  People find that they are not allergic to other types of milk, however, there might still be reactions. If that is the case you can use things such as coconut cream, coconut and almond milk and almond butter.

Replacing Cows milk with goats milk or using vegetable milk and butter, can be a solution to the dairy problem.

A low carb, no dairy diet plan

This almost sounds like an upsell at Mc Donalds. Not only must you go low carb, but you have to cut out your dairies as well? Sounds like an almost impossible lifestyle.

For this reason, you cannot wing this lifestyle. You will fall off so many times that it would be better to just stay off. You need a strategy, more succinctly, you need a diet plan. One that can give you a shopping list, and can give you daily menus.

You need to know what you put into your mount so that you can control any or all of the negative effects of dairy.  You need to know what is inside the products you use to avoid contamination.

This can be a daunting task if you don’t have a plan to work from.

What Can You Do?

The obvious first step is to remove all dairy from your house. Give it away, don’t try to use it until it’s is finished. Your recovery from dairy contamination will just be prolonged.

Get full-fat meat products – beef, lamb, chicken, and fish. Add eggs, green leafy vegetables, nuts, healthy oils, mayonnaise, and spices and herbs. Get coconut oil, coconut milk, and coconut cream and cook with these. You will quickly realize that you can have incredible meals without Dairy – cream, butter, and milk and cheese.

Natural Food Dilemma

The original broccoli, cabbage and kale plant

I have been a painful subscriber to the natural food camp for many years. I still subscribe to eating healthy fresh food. (note, I left out natural) When I discovered the reality of our food, it changed everything I believed. So if you are not ready to have your reality turned upside down, don’t read this article. Another thing before I get stuck in, please read this to the end to understand the point I am going to make.

For the longest time, I held the view that we should eat Broccoli, Kale, Cauliflower, Cabbage and Brussel sprouts because these are super healthy foods. Here is an excerpt from Medical News to show you it’s not just me that says so:
“Brussels sprouts are a part of the cruciferous vegetable family, which also includes the nutritional powerhouses kale, broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, and collard greens, all of which supply loads of nutrients for a small amount calories. If you are trying to improve your diet, cruciferous vegetables should be at the very top of your grocery list.” http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/284765.php

Before I get further into that topic, I want to point out another thing that is pushed quite strongly in the alternative treatment, and anti-produced food groups. Now please remember I was myself, quite a strong believer and considered myself a natural food prophet. Here is what you will hear all over the internet, “Clean Eating”, “Natural Food Diet”, “The Paleo Diet – The Paleo Diet is an effort to eat like we used to eat back in the day…WAY back in the day. If a caveman couldn’t eat it, neither can you.”, “Back to Nature Diet” and the catchphrases goes on and on.

Now I am not against eating good healthy veggies, and fruits. As a matter of fact, I’m all for it. Very much so. However, I used to chime in with the internet crowds that everything that is man-made is evil and should be avoided like the plague. I searched out every article and paper I thought was scientific, to back up this claims. Natural – Like nature intended.

How foolish we are. Quick to jump on the bandwagons, quick to shout conspiracy theories, quick to boycott everything that is man-made. One of My favourite sayings was, “If it doesn’t look like food, don’t eat it,” Oh and “If it has a label with ingredients, stay away.” Again I say, how foolish.

In this modern world, we cannot eat what the caveman ate, because what we know as food, did not exist in the caveman’s diet. All the foods we have to eat, are modern foods, all bred and manipulated by man. This is the kicker, there is no more natural food like nature made it. There is now natural food like man made it. We could not create it, but we most definitely manipulated it.

You think the food at the grocer comes from the farm and is “natural” Have a look at this first.

See this. All our green superfoods do not exist in nature. These were all bred from the wild mustard plant. Therefore cavemen could not eat broccoli, cauliflower, kale, brussels sprouts, and cabbage, it did not exist in nature, it was manipulated by a man about 2000 years ago. So now what about the GMO hating. This type of breeding necessitates a change in genetics, whether we like it or not.

Oh, I wish this was all there was to it:

the original tomatoesThe original CarrotTomatoes are in reality these tiny little red cherry like thing. Like our very small mini cherry tomatoes. Modified!

Alright, I know the carrot is probably old news. but let’s be honest, which one of us would have gone for the little shrivel of a white thing unless we really had to. Orange and juicy just looks better and healthier right.

Corn on the cob. Who does not love a nice corn on the cob with a bit of butter? It is delicious and now it is almost illegal because it is claimed to be genetically modified recently. Nope, estimates are 6 – 7000 years ago. They were not stupid back then, They knew even back then how to manipulate plants. Those damn cavemen.

The potassium wonder of the modern world. The pre-workout loadout. How would you feel if someone came to you and gave you the little green number as a pre-workout snack? TASTY ——-NOT.

Yellow Does look more appealing, but wait:

It’s Modified!

I wish I could say this was it. These were the only things that were manipulated. But not so. There is a long list of other things that are not the same as what our caveman ancestors had available to eat.

Here are some more

  • Beets
  • Celery
  • Potatoes
  • Legumes
  • Soy
  • Wheatgrass
  • Wheat
  • Rice
  • Oats
  • Cashews
  • Ginseng
  • DonQuay
  • Chamomile
  • Garlic
  • Goldenseal
  • Echinacea
  • Chickens
  • Cattle
  • Pork

And this list can go on. I think for now it is clear to see that what we thought of or were convinced was natural, is, in fact, man-made. There is a slight distinction between Genetically modified and modified with breeding. The one is faster than the other. For a plant to change its structure it has to change its original genetic material. So in essence all, or shall I say most of our modern food, is genetically altered from its natural state.

Here is the kicker though. If we are to believe that the food revolution was only bad and everything that man has done to food is leading to the ill health and death of the populations, then we have to place 80% of all the food we eat today in that same group. We will be left with pretty much nothing to eat.

Consider that the super greens like cabbage, kale, broccoli, Brussels sprouts, are all seen as superfoods, it is safe to say that what humans have done to the original plant is enhance its nutritive ability. Furthermore, these enhancements to the food, allowed us to expand our populations’ numbers dramatically. We would never have been able to sustain the world population using only the true natural foods. These modified foods have saved lives, saved people from starvation and malnutrition, and brought health to many people that turned to them as a staple diet.

If we really want to for back to what the cavemen ate for vegetables, we are going to look at very unappetising food. We have to face the truth, we cannot eat that way anymore because we do not have that food available to us. We have to look at what is available to us and make really informed and common sense decisions. This is what we cover in our other section in this website. Be sure to look around for articles on this subject.

Please leave us a comment, we would love to hear back from you.

Water for health and weight loss?

Drink water for health

Water for live - eat2liveWater is an absolute essential for life. Without water, you will die, too little water and you will suffer ill health from dehydration symptoms. Too much water and you could cause hyponatremia (Dilution of mineral content in the blood). Some people try to be excessive in their water intake and try to drink 4 to 6 litres of water a day – this is dangerous.

The agreed upon water intake a day is between 1.5 litres and 2 litres per day. The best water intake barometer though is your thirst level. If you are thirsty have some water. Often times we replace water with coffee and cold drinks. It is better to keep those beverages at a minimum and your water intake at a maximum. For instance have 2 cups of coffee a day, 1 cup of tea and the rest water.

Let’s get into the heart of this article though. How can we use water to aid in weight loss? Now I want to be clear,  this is only an aid, and is not a fad that should be promoted as the water weight loss diet. This it is not. What I am going to suggest to you here, is a health benefit and it will simultaneously help with losing weight.

This is what you need to do. In the morning, as soon as you wake up, have a nice big glass of water (350ml to 500ml). Leave the coffee for at least an hour after you’ve woken up. This glass of water first thing in the morning has some fantastic benefits.

  • Re-hydrating the body after 7 – 8 hours of sleep
  • Flushing out toxins
  • Kick-starts brain function
  • Helps with constipation
  • Refreshes you

When you start your day with water it will definitely make you feel better. There might not be much scientific evidence for this yet, but the experiential evidence is plentiful. For this one, you can test it yourself to see if you get great results or not without taking my or anyone else’s word for it – you can be the scientist.

The second thing you need to do is five to ten minutes before a meal, have a glass of water. This will stop you from over-eating. This little trick helps with digestion, it helps with regulating hunger pangs and overindulging.

Again, I will be clear, there are no scientific papers for this, so you can do the experiment yourself. If it works, use it, if it doesn’t you are among the few that it does not affect, and that is fine.

Now let me be clear, water is not a diet pill. As I’ve said before, don’t make this into a diet fad. What the water will definitely do, is make you feel better, the second thing it will do is make you feel full therefore helping you eat less. Thirdly drinking more water, means you will cut out on some sugar-containing drinks which will also help with weight loss.

All things considered, I’d say we need to get into the habit of using water to our advantage. Don’t make it a bother to drink water, make it the reason to drink water.

Why Am I Always Tired?

Why Are You Always Tired

Tiredness is a malady that many people face on a daily basis. It is not necessarily that they are out partying all night and therefore have either a sleep deficiency or a hangover, rather it is someone that sleeps 7 to 8 hours a night and wakes up tired. Feels tired during the day, and then when three o’clock comes, they struggle to keep their eyes open and to concentrate.Tiredness is a malady that many people face on a daily basis. It is not necessarily that they are out partying all night and therefore have either a sleep deficiency or a hangover, rather it is someone that sleeps 7 to 8 hours a night and wakes up tired. Feels tired during the day, and then when three o’clock comes, they struggle to keep their eyes open and to concentrate.

Constant fatigue is not something to ignore or just accept as something you have to live with. If you are tired like this all the time, there might be an underlying medical condition that you have to tend to. Here is a list of things you should have checked to rule out any illness:

  1. Anemia
  2. Thyroid Disease
  3. Diabetes
  4. Depression
  5. Rheumatoid Arthritis
  6. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
  7. Sleep Apnea
  8. Anxiety

What can you do to beat tiredness?

The good news is if you do not have any health issues causing your fatigue, it can be overcome by doing a few simple lifestyle changes. The first thing you should look at is to lose weight if you are overweight and get into doing regular exercise. Just focusing on these two elements in your life will solve a lot of your tiredness issues.
Exercise, for instance, will help you lose weight, it will help you sleep better at night and it will raise your spirits by releasing the feel-good hormones (endorphins.) You should really invest in a good exercise program – The benefits are far greater than just getting rid of tiredness.

Losing weight is the other element that will resolve tiredness. Being overweight places extra strain on your body, your muscles have to work harder to do normal tasks, and the heart being a muscle is also affected. The heart being under strain all the time will definitely lead to constant tiredness, but it has other bad effects as well, like failing heart health.
Now exercise will help you lose weight, but it will not be the only thing you need to do to lose weight. You will have to change what and how you eat. This is equally valid for those that are not overweight but still suffer from tiredness and fatigue. Diet plays a huge role in the available energy we have.

No-Breads-or-starchesCarbohydrates have been getting the limelight as great food for the last 100 years now and this makes it difficult for people to accept that this so-called good food is actually BAD food. Research has now shown that the glucose cycle is badly affected by refined carbohydrates such as bread, processed foods, sugars, pastries and anything that contains preservatives.

These foods spike the glucose levels in the blood that makes us feel full of energy and ready for anything. but the body cannot maintain this cycle for long and the energy levels drop fast leaving us tired and ready for bed. To fight this the body sends signals of hunger to the brain to get food for energy. If you eat more carbs, the cycle will continue indefinitely to the point where you will gain excessive weight and always feel tired.

No-Processed-foodChange your shopping and eating habits. You need to shop only in the fresh food aisles. Get away from anything mass produced in factories. If food does not look like it does in its natural state, stay away. Get rid of the cheap oils, go for coconut oil (incredibly healthy and packed full of nutrients), olive oils and the nut oils. Throw away margarine, it is man-made coloured, flavoured wax. Use butter, it has been around for 4000 years and has never harmed us in all that time.
Eat eggs, they are packed full of vitamins and minerals. Eggs were also part of the human diet since we could eat, it never killed us – rather it sustained us. Getting into the habit of eating natural foods will drastically improve your overall health and will get rid of your lack of energy.

Water is another beauty you should add to your fight against fatigue. Water is a wonder substance. Every living thing is made up mostly of water. Suffice it to say, we need water to stay alive. But what most people forget is that we need water to stay healthy as well. It flushes the system which helps get rid of toxins. It helps with weight loss and stops dehydration. Now dehydration has a lot of bad factors attached to it, one of which is tiredness. So lets drink some water during the day. You don’t need 4 liters of water a day, one and a half to two litres ample.
Another factor that causes tiredness is stress. Known as the silent killer, stress has some serious negatives in its bag of tricks, one of them, you guessed it, tiredness. What do we do to get rid of stress then? – RELAX.

Relaxation exercises are king or Queen if you prefer to fight stress. Funny enough, you don’t need to do hours of yoga to de-stress, the body is quite amazing. If you give it the tools it will quickly repair itself and it will quickly get rid of the stress. Again, bad diet, and being overweight adds continuous stress to the body and the heart and this is why it is called the silent killer. See why diet and exercise are so important?

Getting rid of your three o’clock slump, your constant tiredness is achievable by changing what you eat, how you eat, getting enough water, and getting into some good, well planned daily exercise. Following these guidelines will set you free from the burden of tiredness.

Where Did Common Sense Health Go!

Less than a hundred years ago if something was wrong with you the first person you went to was your mother, and if she wasn’t sure she would go to her mother. People had old remedies that we as South Africans know as Boere-Rate. Hell, there are even a few books on the market about these ancient remedies.

But, already I digress, the topic here is the certain knowledge we had about what was good for us and how that has been diminished to a point where no-one knows for certain what is good for us anymore.

Remember the visits to Grandma’s house. The food, the smells, wasn’t it great that you could pour some of the homemade butter over the green beans and not feel like you are going to die of a heart attack. Now we have stopped all that yummy eating and replaced it with everything low fat, boxed and anything that has the little red heart foundation sticker on it.

For goodness sake, even the restaurants are cutting of the crackling from the pork chop before they serve it. Who told them to do that. I happened to enjoy that rind of crackling fat on a nice ole pork chop. You know it was less than a hundred years ago that we did not have any incidence of coronary heart disease. It wasn’t because we did not know about it, it was that it just was not an issue.

Heart foundation LogoThe rise of cancers and tumorous growths has skyrocketed in the last hundred years. Isn’t it amazing that the human diet was changed drastically in the last hundred years? What used to be good and healthy food is now poison and it is substituted by mass-produced, hyper-coloured, msg’d, preserved, boxed, tinned and dried food that all carry the little red heart. Can you see the irony here?

Science now tells us our food is not good enough, we must have supplements and vitamins, and who knows what else in order to get enough goodness from our food. Well duh! If we don’t eat the good food we used to, then don’t point the finger at the good food, point it at the food industry that is tampering with our food to the point that it is nutrient deficient. As long as we can paste a little red heart on it, it is good.

Really, why is there such a drive to get the human race away from good natural food the way Granny used to make it? Could it be that they want to make money – noooo, never!

What is the answer then? At Eat2Live we have a different way of looking at health and fitness. It is nothing radical like never going to a doctor, and not eating any food. No, we believe in eating good food. Because good food ultimately tastes great, keeps you full and regulates your weight -and – nourishes your body with most the minerals, nutrients and vitamins it needs.

Obscure Mountain

No Himalayan little bush that only flowers on every third full moon that has so much of everything that you will turn into Hercules with a brain by just drinking one tablet. Just what is around us is ample to supply every need for our health. You don’t need to go looking for it in the latest supplement from some obscure and distant shore.

Even exercise has been tampered with. Now it is this science, this application, this machine, and if you don’t have these, then well, you will never make it. It is here where old school is a great example of pure fitness. They are the proof that none of this hyped up nonsense stands in the way of you getting strong and fit. We have a similar approach to exercise. Visit our sister website – Isometonics.com – for more on this topic.

Fresh FoodMy suggestion for a greater healthier life is simple. Stay in the fresh food Isles at the supermarket. Fresh food has most of the time, no colourants, no preservatives, no Msg’s, no reduced goodness and no laboratized (new word) food. Stay away from anything that is enriched, irradiated, comes from a pulp, was dried and reconstituted and you are halfway to a healthier you. Don’t shy away from fish, meat and eggs, especially eggs, they are powerhouses, superfoods – and they won’t give you a heart attack – promise.

Finally, I have to say this. Get away from sugar. Our world is packed full of sugar. If you look at sugar as only the sugar you have in coffee and in a chocolate, then you need to read the labels of your food and see the total amount of sugar that you consume in a day. Sugar is not good for us. It is ok from time to time, but there is sugar in everything we buy, go check it out, we are TOTALLY Sugar saturated. Get rid of it!

Transformation is as simple as a choice. Choose to be better, put some action to your choice, and you will succeed. We give our members all the tools to make these life-changing decisions.

Protein and fat still under attack

Protein and Fat Still Under Attack

From: http://www.sciencedaily.com
Low-carb vegan diet may reduce heart disease risk, weight
Date: May 22, 2014
Source: St. Michael’s Hospital

Summary: In addition to weight loss, a vegan low-carbohydrate diet may also reduce the risk of heart disease by 10 percent over 10 years, researchers have demonstrated for the first time. The diet is a low-carbohydrate vegan diet. Many low-carbohydrate diets have been proven to improve weight loss but most emphasize eating animal proteins and fats, which may raise cholesterol. Diets that are high in vegetable proteins and oils may reduce the risk of heart disease by lowering “bad cholesterol.”

It saddens me tremendously that fat and protein are still getting the blame for cholesterol and heart disease. This article actually shows where these things come from without actually saying it. Carbohydrates. This is the evil in our kitchens. Bad carbohydrates are all those foods that started of naturally and was raped by man’s insistence on changing the goodness of nature into some man-made food form that the body does not know.

Take good old corn for instance. On the cob, or dried crushed and made into a porridge it is a food rich in minerals and vitamins. But industry gets hold of it, refines it, removes most of its goodness, sell it as flower that has been enriched. Have you ever wondered why we have food that is vitamin enriched? I thought our food always was full of vitamins and minerals. (They are when it is natural un-tampered food.) With flower for baking and bread, however, they have bleached and refined it to the point of death. Now they have to add vitamins and minerals to give the food ANY nutritive value.

If this were the only evil it would have been fine, but the plot thickens. Because they have taken all the goodness out of the food, it tastes like nothing, so flavourants and colourants are added. We have only been doing this for 150 years. How have we got any idea what effects these laboratory designed substances have on the human body?
Don’t think they won’t put poison out there for us to eat. They already have. We have already seen what MSG’s can do, yet we ate tons of the stuff before it was tagged as super unhealthy.

We have been living off meat and fat for as long as the human race was on the planet. It is what our bodies were designed for. We are omnivores, but yet again man is wiser than nature. But man knows better. So if man says meat is going to give you heart failure, you had better do as he says. Have you ever wondered why they would punt these other products so? Money friend, it is money. If I can sell you food I have made at a higher price you can buy the food for I am going to do it. If I have to add chemicals to the food so it lasts longer and diminishes my losses, I am going to do that. Guess what else I will do. I will tell you that my food is healthier than the natural alternatives. Hell, I will even tell you the natural food will kill you if you do not stop using them and start using my laboratory tested food.

For thousands of years, we used butter, a natural fat. In the last hundred years, the industry designed something new, They called it margarine. Guess what they are telling us. Butter – Which has been around for over five thousand years – is going to kill you. Margarine, on the other hand, is good for you, I made it in a laboratory, but it is healthier than the natural alternative.

They are finally pointing out that there is good cholesterol and bad cholesterol. Guess what, it is the carbohydrates that increase bad cholesterol, they proved it. What they don’t want to say is that the meat and fat also do not increase bad cholesterol. This has also been proven by science. Read this for more:

(http://ajcn.nutrition.org/content/early/2010/01/13/ajcn.2009.27725.abstract) It is time we get back to the natural fresh food lifestyle.
